It's day 4 with Slim in 6, working the Start it Up. I am modifying some moves at a little bit...and today I used 3 lbs weights with it.. Working more core area.. But I am getting a little bit bored with it.. I am going to try Ramp it Up next week.
I have measured myself again.. I am not going to be posting them on here.. I need to do my before picture..
