Back to Basic (again)

Yesterday was March 1, I restarted the fitness journey.  I did the Ab Sculpt by HHA for 30 mins and I walked 14 blocks..  
Today I did the Hips, Buns and Thighs by HHA for 25 mins.  It rained tonight so I couldn't take a walk. 
I found a neat website that I can log in my food, water, weight and write a little journal.  It's called FitBit.  Look on the right side, I have posted it there..
