Ok here are some goals i would like to achieve this month. I know it's a little late, but maybe..
Starting TJ 3 x wk
Show the Introducing to Beach Body DVD to friends.
Keep up with the house work, like vacuuming, washing, drying, folding and putting away clothes, etc etc
Eating more fruits like mandarin oranges, yummy
Think of ME.. what is good for ME, concentrate on ME.. well now i am selfish..
Spend more time blogging my story
Make a video of myself to introduce who I am and what I want out of life.
Spend 1 hour a day to workout and network.
Be there for my son. School is almost out..
Be a better caregiver.
Buy some new contact lenses.
Spend more time with my Dad and family.
and Drink Shakeology.
That is a lot of things so I need to get organized...
